Classes follow a half termly carousel to enable students to experience all subject specialisms. Rotations are on average 5-8 weeks long and give students the opportunity to study 3 main assessment areas of the curriculum: D&T in Society, Designing and Making & Evaluating. Students work through specialist booklets targeted towards the completion of at least one practical object per specialism. Projects range from periscopes and tie dyed t-shirts to mood lights and travel puzzles.
